We are growing and we are in need of a few agents and outside salespeople.

We hope to find someone with at least 1 year experience as a freight broker sales rep, book of business preferred. Our MC is 961849.

We’re a well-known freight brokerage with a damn good reputation and a loyal carrier base. Our post-to-boards percentage to find coverage is only 5%.

We have a dedicated operations team to handle booking and admin that handles billing, collections, and claims so all you have to worry about is bringing in the customers and freight. Salary plus Commission-based role.

ZEMS is looking to expand our Sales Teams by adding Senior Outside Sales Representatives (Senior OSR), with freight sales experience. This role will be responsible for sourcing new shippers for ZEMS Inc, and we are looking for individuals who want to join a fast-growing company in a fast-paced industry with competitive commission-based pay, that are not afraid to work hard to make great money.

Responsibilities
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day to secure new customers
- Create and maintain customer relationships
- Generate business leads
- Work directly with our operations team to facilitate shipments for your customers.

Requirements
- 1 year proven freight sales experience
- Book of business preferred
- Sales-minded and internally driven to succeed
- Strong telephone and written sales skills are a must
